WHOLESALE ORDERS AND PRICING.
Can I buy just 1 pair at wholesale prices?
No. Wholesale prices are sold with 12 pairs pre packed cases with only one style and one color per case. The case of 12 pairs will consist of assorted size pre packed cases to select from.
Can I mix colors and styles?
No, we sell the cases as they come from the factory. We do not have open stock available every case will have only one color and one style.
Does the price include shipping and processing?
No, shipping can be calculated at checkout shopping cart or contact us via email to assist you in locating better shipping rates for case(s) bulk orders. Email to: Help @AmericanShoeFactory.com. This option we will contact first time customers with shipping quote before processing their shipping payment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you complete your payment, shipping will depend on your location and desired shipping speeds.
Can I pick the sizes that will come in my case?
No, you can pick from the different break-downs available, but you can’t specify the amount of pairs per size. This is a way for us to offer great prices with only buying 12 pairs per case of 1 style of 1 color with pre-packed assorted sizes.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do. As long as there are no governments regulations that denies access to certain products due to its origin or another customs reasons. For the Caribbean, and Central and South America we recommend that our customers use a company that works with their countries.
What is your shipping cost?
Shipping will depend on weight, the amount of cases and the destination. We prefer to quote shipping based on actual information if you wish to ship in bulk.
Can your company guarantee the authenticity of your brand names?
Yes, we can provide you with a sanitized invoice form the maker of the shoe. If requested by any authority. We also provide certificate of Authenticity.
Do I need a license to buy from your company?
If you are business we require a copy of your Tax I.D. number
Can I pay with Credit or Debit Card?
We accept cards only from USA and Puerto Rico prior verification of address and CVV (security code). For foreign orders we only accept wire transfer.
Can I get Credit with more time to pay?
Yes. There are several options available to receive credit and financing for your orders. You can request via email to apply for a company credit application or for smaller companies require also a personal guarantee of its owners or key principals. There are financing and credit options for approved applicants that will have no interest if paid in full within 6 months. Minimum monthly payments required. Please see Menu on Home Page of Get Credit & Money to Buy for more information on the different options available.
What are your policies for returns?
We only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturer’s defects. Customer must do claim no later than 7 days from shipping date.
What is MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity and Why It’s Required by Suppliers? The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement specifies the lowest quantity of a certain product that a supplier is willing to sell. If the buyer cannot reach the MOQ requirement, then the supplier is not willing to start production.
